While traditional sweets mark festivals and grand celebrations, we noticed that the moments people truly cherish are often quieter and deeply personal, a late-night apology, a long-distance “I miss you,” a small victory, a new beginning, or a reason that needs no explanation at all.

We craft chocolate-forward desserts and brownies designed not only to indulge, but to carry emotion, to be gifted, shared, and remembered. From bold flavours to thoughtful packaging and personalisation, every detail is meant to transform an ordinary moment into something meaningful.

Meet Our Founder

Aditi Bathla is the founder of Bold Brownie Lab. An Economics (Hons) graduate from Ashoka University, she started her first campus venture to offer students a gourmet dessert experience that was otherwise hard to access. The response revealed a clear appetite for thoughtfully crafted, design-forward food experiences.

Instead of pursuing a traditional job path after graduation, Aditi chose to build on this momentum and launched Bold Brownie Lab — a chocolate-forward brand focused on gifting, emotion, and celebrating everyday moments through dessert.
