Refund Policy

Here’s the thing, desserts are perishable, so refunds aren’t our thing.

●       Once an order is confirmed, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.

●       If something’s not right (damage, wrong item), let us know within 2 hours of delivery with proof.

●       If the issue is valid, we’ll make it right, usually with a replacement.
